Produced in the Douro Superior region by a small family project based in Peredo dos Castelhanos, this wine originates from high-altitude vineyards in schist soils and follows a low-intervention philosophy, with manual harvesting and a fresh, contemporary interpretation of the territory.
🍇 Region: Upper Douro, Peredo dos Castelhanos.
👨🔬 Winemaker: Pedro Bustorff Ferreira.
🌱 Grape varieties: Códega do Larinho and Rabigato.
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with minimal intervention.
⏳ Stage: Stainless steel aging over fine lees.
🌿 Vineyards: Approximately 400 meters above sea level, with schist soils and an average age of approximately 25 years.
