Description
Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.
🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
🌱 Grapes / Base: Wine distillate from Jerez.
🛠️ Winemaking: Brandy made from selected grape spirits aged in casks previously used for Jerez wines.
⏳ Aging: Criadera and solera system in American oak, with a highly reserved character.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Intense amber color. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, orange peel, sweet spices, and fine wood. Soft, warm, balanced, and persistent on the palate.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve in an appropriate glass, slightly chilled or at cellar temperature, as a digestif or with dark chocolate, dried fruit and a cigar.
