Bodegas Tradición, in Jerez de la Frontera, is dedicated to very aged Jerez wines and limited-production cognacs, with carefully selected batches and bottling.
🍇 Region: Spain, Andalusia, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.
🌱 Grapes / Base: Wine distillate from Jerez.
🛠️ Winemaking: Special batch brandy, produced from high-quality cachaças and aged for a long time in selected casks.
⏳ Stage: Very long aging process in American oak, with a selection of old boots that provide depth and elegance.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Dark amber color with golden sheen. Refined aroma of dried fruit, spices, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa, caramel, and old wood. Silky, complex, ample on the palate with a very long finish.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Serve as a premium meditation brandy, in a balloon or tulip glass, paired with dark chocolate, fine desserts, or dried fruit.
