Baron de B White 2021 is a noble and structured wine, classified as DOC Alentejo Reserva and produced at the prestigious Herdade da Calada in Arraiolos. Made exclusively from the Antão Vaz grape variety, this white wine expresses the full potential of the Alentejo in white wines fermented and aged in wood.
After manual harvesting , the grapes undergo 24 hours of cold maceration , followed by fermentation in new French oak barrels , where they remain for 8 months with bâtonnage , giving them structure, unctuousness and complexity.
With elegant tropical aromas, notes of tobacco and well-integrated wood , and dense flavors of white currant and ripe pear , this wine surprises with its depth and persistent finish.
