Tasting notes:
On the nose, it presents a delicate floral aroma that evokes jasmine, complemented by light touches of vanilla, toast and caramel. On the palate, marked acidity and citrus freshness give balance and vivacity, culminating in a persistent, elegant and unforgettable finish.

Winemaking:

• Grapes harvested manually and quickly transported to the cellar to preserve freshness.
• Gentle pressing of whole de-stemmed grapes, followed by prolonged cold clarification.
• Fermentation in used 400 liter French oak barrels, aged for 9 months on total lees, enriched with bâtonnage.
• Additionally, 9 months of bottle aging before release.
