Produced from Alvarinho grapes grown in poor granite soils , this wine expresses aromatic freshness and minerality, the result of an early harvest and careful vinification. Slowly fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 4 months on fine lees with bâtonnage, it reveals notes of citrus fruits, delicate florals and well-integrated acidity.
Ideal to accompany baked cod dishes, grilled sardines or Mediterranean cuisine, this Alvarinho is a dry white wine, perfect for special moments at the table.
