🛠️ Winemaking: This year was characterized by a winter and early spring with high rainfall, which decreased during the summer months. Temperatures were mild throughout the year. This wine fermented in lagares at Quinta da Água Alta. After fortification with brandy, the wine aged in a single vat.

🍽️ Serving: Serve slightly chilled; ideally between 12–16ºC (depending on the style).
Excellent with aged cheeses, chocolate, dried fruits and desserts; also perfect on its own.
⏳ Potential for Evolution: Store in a cool, dark place; some styles benefit from bottle aging.
