Valle de Passos Branco 2023 is a DOC Trás-os-Montes wine that surprises with its vibrant freshness and natural elegance . Produced from grapes harvested manually in vineyards located between 600 and 700 meters of altitude , this white wine reveals the freshest and most mineral side of northeastern Portugal.

A balanced blend of Gouveio (60%) , Viosinho (25%) and Arinto (15%) , resulting in an expressive aromatic profile, highlighting green apple, lime and delicate floral notes . On the palate, it is harmonious, with ripe white fruit and well-integrated acidity , which prolongs the finish and invites the next sip.

Citrine color with greenish reflections. Aromas of green apple, lime and white flowers . On the palate it is fresh, elegant and balanced , with good structure and a long finish.

Ideal with grilled fish , seafood , white meats , and fresh salads . An excellent white wine for light meals or as an aperitif.
