Vale da Calada White Magnum 2018 is a young, vibrant, and fresh regional Alentejo wine produced at the renowned Herdade da Calada in Arraiolos. Predominantly Verdelho and Antão Vaz grape varieties, this white reveals a tropical aromatic profile with notes of green apple , ideal for sunny days or with light meals.
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a month of bâtonnage , which adds volume and texture to the wine. Clayey soils with rose quartz contribute to the minerality and balance of this elegant white.
