Quinta Seara d'Ordens, located in the heart of the Douro Valley, is a historical landmark in the production of Douro and Port wines, combining winemaking tradition with modern cellar techniques to create high-quality blends.

🌱 Grape varieties: Fernão Pires, Cercial, Malvasia-Fina and Gouveio Real.

🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats with light maceration and temperature control.

⏳ Aged: 5 months in stainless steel tanks, 36 months in seasoned oak barrels/casks, and 2 months in the bottle.

🌿 Vineyards: Selection of grapes from Rio Grande do Sul for a multi-year batch.

🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 19.5% Vol.

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Straw white with slight hints of honey.
- Aroma: Fine and rich, with notes of spices, dried fruit and honey.
