🛠️ Winemaking: Partial destemming and gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing in an automatic press. Must clarified by gravity and decantation; Fermentation with selected eggs took place partly (50%) in 500 L French oak barrels for 6 months with bâtonnage twice a week and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
⏳ Aging: 6 months in barrels (approx.); remainder in stainless steel.
🧪 Analysis:
Alcohol content: 13.9% vol.
👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color : light straw, clear.
- Aroma : resinous touch, clean fruit.
- Palate : fresh, structured, complex, elegant, long finish.
