🌱 Grape varieties: Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz
🛠️ Winemaking: Partial destemming and gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing in an automatic press. Must clarified by gravity and decantation; fermentation with selected yeasts took place at temperatures of 16-18ºC. After fermentation, the wine was stored in stainless steel tanks, protected with inert gas, with natural clarification by the cold of the Beira winter.

Alcohol content: 12.8% vol.
