This wine combines red and white varieties (up to 15%) such as Touriga Nacional, Encruzado, Barcelo and Cerceal , coming from 35-year-old vines at an altitude of 500 meters, planted in granite soils with clay veins .
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and vinified according to the region's traditional methods, Tobias Palhete expresses all the elegance and freshness of Dão in an accessible and irresistible style.
