Quinta de Saes Estágio Prolongado 2018 is an exceptional red wine, made from old vines in the Dão region, and subject to a slow and careful maturation process. This reserve wine spent 24 months in second-year French Allier oak barrels , gaining structure, depth and an elegant and harmonious profile.
Originating from traditional vineyards planted in granite soils with clay and sand lines , located at high altitudes, this wine expresses the best of the Dão terroir: freshness, balance and great aging capacity.
