🌱 Grape Varieties: A blend of traditional white grape varieties from Rio Grande do Sul.
🛠️ Winemaking: Selection of very old white wines, aged for a long time in casks, resulting in enormous concentration and complexity.
⏳ Stage: Prolonged oxidative aging in wooden hulls.
