Produced by Boas Quintas, at Quinta da Fonte do Ouro, in Nelas, this wine originates from the granitic soils of the Dão region and a high-altitude climate that favors freshness, elegance, and varietal expression.

👨‍🔬 Winemaker: Nuno Cancela de Abreu.

🌱 Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro and Jaen.

🛠️ Winemaking: Fermentation with long and gentle maceration, to extract the best potential from the grape varieties.

⏳ Aging: After malolactic fermentation, 50% of the wine ages for 9 months in French Allier oak barrels and the remaining 50% in stainless steel.

🌿 Vineyards: Grapes from Dão vineyards with strong mineral expression and balanced ripening.
