🌱 Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon.

🛠️ Winemaking: A rosé with a serious and refined character, briefly aged in wood for greater depth.

⏳ Aging: 5 months in barrels.

🌿 Vineyards: Quinta da Alorna vineyards in the Tagus River.

👃 Organoleptic Test:

• Color: Salmon pink.
• Aroma: Delicate red fruit, cherry and currant, with spicy and light toasty notes.
• Mouthfeel: Dry, flavorful and harmonious, with fine acidity, good volume and a long finish.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 10 and 12ºC. Very versatile with Japanese cuisine, oily fish, and soft cheeses.
