Monte Branco Vinhas Novas 2022 Alentejo White 75cl

Monte Branco Vinhas Novas 2022 is a regional Alentejo white wine created by Luís Louro and Inês Capão , reflecting the new generation of winemakers and ideas behind the Monte Branco project in Estremoz. Produced from grapes from younger vineyards, this wine combines freshness, complexity, and Alentejo identity in an innovative profile.

This white wine is the result of a harmonious blend of Rabigato (40%) , Arinto (40%) , Galego Dourado (15%) and Esgana Cão (5%) grape varieties, harvested by hand and fermented using two distinct methods: initial fermentation with controlled temperature and co-fermentation in used French oak barrels . Aging included battonage for 6 weeks , and 50% of the blend spent 10 months in 600L barrels , which gave it greater depth and structure.

It has a bright citrus color , with delicate aromas of white fruit, fresh herbs, and a light mineral touch . On the palate, it is balanced and textured , with vibrant acidity and a lingering finish, ideal for lovers of white wines with personality.

Pairing: Perfectly pairs with grilled fish, seafood, Mediterranean cuisine and soft cheeses.
