Varietal Touriga Nacional do Dão, born in Seia, at the foot of the Serra da Estrela, with great aromatic precision.

🍇 Region: Dão Doc, Serra da Estrela sub-region.

👨 🔬 Enologists: Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges.

🌱 Castes: National Touriga.

🌿 Vineyards: Vineyards located in Seia, at the foot of the Serra da Estrela.

🛠️ Vinification: Cement mills with foot tread and stainless steel vats.

⏳ Stage: 12 months in French oak barrels, with 20% of new barrels.
