MOB Touriga Nacional 2021 is a wine with a pure and noble expression of the queen grape variety of Portugal. Produced by Jorge Moreira, Francisco Olazabal and Jorge Serôdio Borges , this Touriga Nacional is grown in vineyards located at the foot of the Serra da Estrela , in the coldest sub-region of Dão , where the variety finds ideal ripening conditions .
Vinified in cement presses with foot treading and stainless steel tanks , and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (20% new), this wine combines structure, richness and freshness, with a floral and fruity aromatic component typical of Dão — and an impressive aging potential.
