🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes are chilled before gentle pressing in an inert environment. The must is clarified by static decantation and ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve varietal freshness. Malolactic fermentation is not performed, maintaining the vibrant natural acidity.

⏳ Stage: Aging on fine lees, with periodic bâtonnage, to add texture, volume and complexity without losing freshness.

🌿 Vineyards: Plots with Atlantic influence in O Rosal and Cambados, areas recognized for the mineral, saline and fresh expression of Albariño.
