🛠️ Winemaking: Total destemming, very gentle vertical pressing and static settling at 12ºC for 24 hours. Fermentation exclusively in stainless steel tanks, where the wine ages for 12 months on its lees, without bâtonnage; this is followed by 6 months of bottle aging before release.

⏳ Aging: 12 months on lees in stainless steel + 6 months in bottle.

🌿 Vineyards: Granitic soil; average vine age 22 years; hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes.

• Total acidity: 6.2 g/L
• Total sugars: <1.5 g/L

• Color: Citrine
• Aroma: Fresh and mineral, with notes of white flowers and subtle fruit.
