🌿 Vineyards: Selected vineyards at altitude, with continental influence and soils that favor freshness, concentration, and minerality.

• Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
• Aroma: White fruits and citrus fruits, notes of fennel, fresh herbs, a touch of anise, balsamic and mineral.
• Palate: Fresh, elegant and captivating, with balanced acidity, unctuous texture and a slightly bitter, mineral finish.
