Description
Single plot and very limited production red from an old berry vineyard in poor and stony limestone soil. It is a wine of great depth, structure and precision, presented in Magnum.

🛠️ Vinification: Vinification of low intervention, preserving the expression of the parcel.
⏳ Stage: Prolonged internship in French barrels of 500 liters, mostly new.
🌿 Vineyards: Single parcel of old vineyard in limestone, poor and stony soil.
👃 Organoleptic test:
- Color: deep ruby.
- Aroma: Red and black fruit, herbs, spices, earth and fine wood.
- Mouth: structured, complex and fresh, with firm tannin, great depth and long finish.
⏳ Evolution potential: very high, benefiting from the magnum format.
🍽️ Service: Decant and serve between 16 °C and 18 °C. Ideal with hunting, roasted meats, Bairrada piglet and cured cheeses.
