Fermented and aged in new and first-year French oak barrels , with battonage for 8 months, the nose reveals vibrant notes of peach, apricot, and tropical fruits , enveloped by soft hints of vanilla and smoke . On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, striking minerality , and elegance.
