Description
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested manually into small baskets and quickly transported to the cellar where, after a second selection, they are de-stewed and pressed. The must obtained is decanted for approximately 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. After a five-month aging in stainless steel tanks, it is bottled.
