🛠️ Winemaking: After manual harvesting, and to enhance freshness and acidity, the grapes ferment with partial stems in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once fermentation is complete, achieved through moderate maceration, the wine is partially aged in French oak barrels, followed by a 3-month period in the bottle before being released into the winery.
