Casa Santa Vitória produces Alentejo wines focusing on expressing the region, combining meticulous vineyard and winemaking practices with a contemporary gastronomic profile.
🍇 Region: Alentejo
🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes are vinified separately, with cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and mechanical foot treading.
⏳ Aging: Aged for approximately 13 months in new French oak barrels and about 1 year in the bottle.
