🌱 Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
🛠️ Winemaking: The grapes are vinified separately, with cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and mechanical foot treading.
⏳ Aging: Aged for approximately 13 months in new French oak barrels and about 1 year in the bottle.
