🌱 Grapes: Arinto and Chardonnay
🛠️ Winemaking: Hand-harvested with bunch selection, cold maceration on the skins, and fermentation at around 13ºC.
⏳ Aging: Aged for approximately 10 months on fine lees in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage.
