Casa Cadaval Colheita Rosé 2023 is a regional wine from Tejo that combines freshness, elegance and authenticity. Produced from Touriga Nacional and Aragonez grape varieties, it reveals a vibrant profile, ideal for hot days, light meals or simply to toast the good moments in life.
It has a delicate salmon color and an intense aroma of fresh red fruits , such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is balanced and elegant , with a refreshing acidity and a smooth, persistent finish.
Winemaking begins in early August, with short maceration and low-temperature fermentation , a technique that preserves the primary aromas and freshness of the wine. Production is limited, reinforcing the exclusivity of this edition.
