Baron de B Rosé Magnum 2019 is an elegant and distinctive wine produced by Herdade da Calada , one of the most prestigious estates in the Alentejo. Made from the Syrah variety, this rosé expresses the unique character of the clayey soils with rose quartz , combining freshness, texture and persistence.
The winemaking process includes gentle pressing of whole bunches , followed by fermentation at a low temperature (14ºC) in stainless steel and aging for two months in used French oak barrels , which gives it complexity and sophistication, while maintaining the lightness expected of an excellent rosé.
