CLIMATE: Temperate Atlantic microclimate with continental influence.
VINIFICATION:
Produced from a 22-year-old vineyard in the parish of Segude, Monção. Harvested manually, 12 hours of skin maceration with temperature control. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on fine lees with regular bâtonnage.

AROMA: Clean and delicate aroma. It presents vegetal aromas (eucalyptus), citrus (lemon), and a strong minerality focused on the stoniness of the soils from which it comes.
MOUTH: On the palate it is structured and balanced with excellent acidity. Long and persistent finish.
