CLIMATE: Temperate Atlantic microclimate with continental influence.
VINIFICATION:
Produced from a 22-year-old vineyard in the parish of Segude, Monção. Harvested manually, 12 hours of skin maceration with temperature control. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used 300-liter French oak barrels, followed by 4 months of aging with regular bâtonnage.

AROMA: Aroma of great elegance and intensity. It has aromas of green apple, citrus (lime), mineral notes and spices.
MOUTH: On the palate it is structured and balanced with excellent acidity. Long and persistent finish.
