Anselmo Mendes Non-Conventional 2012 Douro Red Wine 75cl

Description

Pardusco was the name given to red wines with little color, moderate alcohol content and that traveled well, that is, aged well. At the time they still did not have the name Vinho Verde and later to distinguish themselves from these they called it “mature wine from Monção”.

Hand harvested in perfect state of maturation. Total destemming and cold skin maceration. Long fermentation at low temperature. Malolactic fermentation done in full.
