A delicate nose where the delicate aromas of the grape variety predominate: grapefruit, orange and orange blossom; however, this wine also features a very pronounced mineral aroma, revealing the characteristics of the soil where the vines are planted. On the palate, we again experience the same flavors of grapefruit and orange, well supported by a beautiful acidity. A long, structured and elegant finish with a well-integrated crisp acidity.

These wines are known for their freshness and elegance, making them a great choice for a variety of dishes: seafood, white fish, white meats, roasts, sushi and sashimi, Mediterranean cuisine, Asian food, and even strong cheeses. They should be served between 10-12ºC.
