Description

Produced in Quinta do Reguengo, a place chosen many centuries ago by the royal family to send family members and settle there! The bird that inspires the brand is present in the manor's coats of arms and we want the wines to be as intriguing, sophisticated, fascinating and original as he is.

The grapes are transported to the cellar immediately after harvesting in small boxes. They are then gently pressed before entering the fermentation process in stainless steel vats with a refrigeration system with temperature control, from 15º to 18º. Selected fermentation yeasts are added. Maturation in the bottle

Clear and citrine color. Slightly fruity aroma, with citrus nuances, some orange blossom and tropical stone fruits. Fresh mineral and evolved palate with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent aperitif. Pairs well with fish, seafood and roasts.

Tasting:

Complex and fresh nose, with biscuit, some brioche, and Reinette apple. Soft, round palate with a long finish. The mousse is well-made, well-integrated, and enveloping without being harsh. Sweetness and acidity are balanced.

Harmonization:

For pairings that enhance and highlight the characteristics of this sparkling wine, we suggest seafood dishes, sushi and sashimi, roasted and grilled meats, ceviches, desserts, and it can also be served as an aperitif on any occasion. It should be served between 6-8ºC.
