The Vinha Paz Tinto Reserva 2020 is an exceptional red wine from Dão, predominantly crafted with the noble Touriga Nacional (80%), complemented by Alfrocheiro (10%) and Jaen (10%). This wine showcases a deep garnet color and a rich aroma blending red fruits, dried flowers, vanilla, black pepper, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth, with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish. Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, it pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses.
