Crafted from a unique blend of Vinhão, Alvarinho, and Pinot Noir, Oppaco combines the robust structure of Vinhão with the aromatic finesse of Alvarinho and the soft, fruity profile of Pinot Noir, resulting in a delicately balanced red wine with refined tannins and refreshing acidity.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby in color, it presents fresh aromas of red berries with a hint of floral notes. On the palate, it offers a complex interplay of freshness and structure, with delicate tannins and a lively acidity. The finish is long and captivating, showcasing the innovative nature of this blend.
