Alvarinho sparkling wine with a distinctive character, marked by fermentation and stage in barrels before the second fermentation in the bottle.
🍇 Region: Ig Minho.
🌱 Castes: Alvarinho.
🛠️ Vinification: Primary fermentation in used oak barrels and second bottle fermentation.
⏳ Stage: The base wine remains in barrels for 12 months; After the secondary fermentation, it was in the bottle for about 36 months.

- Color: Intense yellow, with fine and persistent bubble.
- Aroma: tertiary and vanilla aromas resulting from the barrel stage.
