The result has a pale color and is distinguished by mineral aromas of chipped stone and wet sand, citrus peel and pulp. Fresh and chewy structure, very persistent and digestive. Perfect to accompany seafood and all fish made traditionally or creatively. Ideal with cheeses.
QM Nature is a green wine made exclusively with grapes of the Alvarinho variety, from the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, the noblest of the Vinhos Verdes region, where Alvarinho finds unique conditions for its production.
