Description

Made from the oldest vines on the farm. Elegant and with a contained aroma, but all in a fine and deep register. Fresh citrus (tangerine, grapefruit), minerality, both on the nose and in the mouth, giving it an enveloping body and a lemony acidity that gives it an impressive "nerve", as well as a long finish.

Fermented at controlled temperature, respecting traditional methods.

Very full-bodied wine, with volume in the mouth and a lot of freshness.
