Quinta de Chocapalha Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is an expressive and vibrant white wine, produced in the Lisbon region by a family with generations of experience in excellent viticulture. Sourced from 30-year-old vineyards, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc wine authentically reflects the unique terroir of Quinta de Chocapalha.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged for 5 months on fine lees, it results in a fresh, elegant wine with great aromatic complexity.
