Quinta de Chocapalha Reserva Rosé 2023 is a sophisticated and gastronomic rosé, made exclusively from Touriga Nacional , one of Portugal's most emblematic grape varieties. Produced from 30-year-old vines, this wine reveals all the elegance of the Lisbon region.
With direct pressing and fermentation in neutral French oak barrels , followed by 9 months of aging with batonnage , it presents an unusual complexity in a rosé, combining freshness, texture and depth.
