🛠️ Winemaking: Fermentation and aging carefully planned to impart texture, aromatic fusion, and complexity to the batch.

⏳ Aging: 6 months in barrels.

• Color: Citrine yellow.
• Aroma: A good combination of the tropical fruit of Alvarinho with the apricot, flowers and Williams pear of Viognier.
• Palate: Harmonious and unctuous, with hints of sweetness from barrel fermentation and a persistent finish.

⏳ Potential for Evolution: Good aptitude for evolving in a bottle.

🍽️ Serving temperature: Serve between 10 and 12ºC. Excellent with baked fish, game pie, Thai cuisine, and soft cheeses.
