Description
White port wine specially designed for the celebration of the mass, produced with traditional white varieties of the Douro.
🍇 Region: Demarcated Region of Douro, Sabrosa and Murça (Cima Corgo)
👨🔬 Winemaker: André Pimentel Barbosa
🌱 varieties: Códega, Rabigato, Viosinho and Malvasia Fina
🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation, interrupted by adding wine brandy.
⏳ stage: 3 years in wood, followed by the capacity of port wines from different harvests, stabilization by cold and filtration.
🌿 vines: vineyards from 10 to 20 years, in shale soils.
🧪 Analysis:
- Alcohol content: 19.30% vol.
- Residual sugar: 136.00 g/l
- Total acidity: 3.60 g/l

- Color: straw yellow
