🛠️ winemaking: Temperature controlled fermentation with partial maceration.
⏳ stage: 9 months in used barrel of French oak of 300 liters.
🌿 vines: Vineyards from 15 to 30 years old, in schist soils, with selected and hand-vinted grapes.
