🌱 Castes: 100% Chardonnay.

🛠️ Vinification: Manual harvest, fractional pressing, cold decanting, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation. Stainless steel winemaking and batch with reserve wines kept in bottle over fine lees.

⏳ Stage: Minimal stage in bottle over lees, preserving freshness and complexity.

🌿 Vineyards: Cuis Premier Cru vineyards, in limestone soils by the Côte des Blancs.
