Pacheca Grande Reserva Touriga Francesa Magnum Douro Tinto is a deep red wine made from a single grape variety, grown in vineyards between 100 and 300 meters above sea level.

🌱 Grapes: Touriga Francesa

🛠️ Winemaking: Destemming and crushing; fermentation in stainless steel at 25ºC with pump-overs. Co-inoculation to complete FA and FML; post-fermentation maceration for 3 weeks.

⏳ Aging: 18 months: 7000 L vats and 300 L French oak barrels (new and used).

👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Color: Ruby red.
- Aroma: Stewed fruit, blackcurrant; fruity, vinous and complex profile.
- Palate: Well-integrated wood, very fresh and enveloping, good volume and persistence.

🍽️ Serving suggestion: Stir-fried meat dishes, game, hard cheeses; serve at 16ºC.
