The Monte das Talhas Reserva 2021 is a refined Alentejo red wine that blends elegance and complexity. Fermented in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromas, part of this wine ages in French oak barrels, adding subtle toasty notes. It presents a vibrant ruby color, with integrated aromas of young red fruit and eucalyptus. On the palate, these notes continue, with an emphasis on fresh fruit. Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, oven-baked cod, and cheeses. Best enjoyed between 16ºC and 18ºC.
