Description

It is the first Alvarinho Vodka in the world, made from the bagasse of the Alvarinho de Monção e Melgaço grape variety.

Alvarinho bagasse is distilled through a continuous distillation process, which provides for the use of a copper still. The alcohol content is corrected at the end with pure water treated in activated carbon filters.
