👃 Organoleptic Test:
- Aroma: Fine and very complex aromas. Fruity character, with floral notes predominating and later evolving into spices, resulting from aging in wood.
- Palate: On the palate, it shows balance, with good fruit and harmony. Its excellent tannins give it a very silky feel. Excellent balance between acidity, fruit and concentration that will certainly contribute to long aging, so the wine could benefit from several years of bottle aging.
Aftertaste: Refined, elegant, with a long and persistent finish.
🍽️ Serving suggestion: Pairs well with red meats, game, or traditional Portuguese cured meats. It benefits from being served at 18ºC after decanting.
